1.Nature of the platform

1.1 Skill-Based Competition Platform

SkillRush is a skill-based competitive gaming platform operated by Legal Entity. It hosts timed skill games in which entrants compete on identical seeded challenges. What decides a match is how the player performs - speed, accuracy, the quality of their decisions and their concentration over the duration - rather than chance, a random draw, or anything else outside their control.

No bets are placed or accepted here. Where prizes and rewards are available, they are earned on competitive performance. None are allocated by draw, lottery, raffle or any comparable chance mechanism.

The Platform is not a gambling service. SkillRush neither holds nor requires a remote casino, betting or lottery operating licence under the Gambling Act 2005.

1.2 Nature of the Service

The service consists of skill-based games and contests. In an eligible contest, everyone in the same room receives an identical or equivalent seeded challenge, and placement follows from performance alone - score first, and where applicable elapsed time as the tie-break. SkillRush does not offer betting, games of chance, raffles or lottery products through these contests.

1.3 Seeded Gameplay

Every player in a competitive room is served the same challenge, fixed server-side before play begins. That covers game sequences, card order, number-call order, block order and bubble arrangement, as each game requires. Highest score wins. Level scores are separated by time taken, which is itself a measure of performance.

For eligible contests SkillRush uses a seeded or equivalent system so that players in the same room face an identical or materially equivalent challenge. Ranking follows the score and, where scores tie, the tie-break stated in the contest rules. Where a contest is presented as skill-based, SkillRush does not deliberately introduce differing randomised elements between players in the same room.

1.4 Absence of Chance Mechanics

Unless stated otherwise and subject to prior legal and compliance review, contests described as skill-based carry no hidden compensators, no random prize allocation, no randomised gameplay advantage, and no other chance-based mechanic capable of materially deciding an outcome between players in the same room.

Specifically:

• Prizes are not allocated by draw, lottery, raffle or comparable mechanism
• No hidden compensator or randomised feature alters fairness between players sharing a room
• Score validation happens server-side
• Should any future feature introduce a material element of chance, the operator reserves the right to withhold its launch pending separate legal review

1.5 No Lottery or Random Allocation

In eligible contests entered with payment or with Winner Coins, rewards follow from performance and the ranking criteria published in the applicable rules. No draw, raffle, lottery or other chance-based selection is used to pick winners in such contests.

2.Eligibility and registration

2.1 Who May Register

You must be a natural person, at least 18 years old, with capacity to enter a binding contract. The account must be registered to an email address you personally control, and you must be located somewhere access to the Platform is permitted. Accounts falling short of these conditions may be suspended or closed, with or without notice.

2.2 Registration

You will supply an email address, a username, a password and your date of birth, and confirm that you are 18 or over. Everything done through the account is your responsibility.

2.3 Account Security

Do not share access with anyone. If you learn of unauthorised use of your credentials or any other security breach, tell us at support@skillrush.online straight away.

3.Platform currencies

3.1 Winner Coins

Winner Coins are virtual entry credits, provided for entertainment and for entering contests. They carry no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, gifted, exchanged, pledged or turned into money, cryptocurrency, vouchers, goods or anything else of value. Their only use is entry to eligible contests and features, under these Terms.

They may be obtained by purchasing a package, as a welcome allocation on registration, through the daily Lucky Spin, or by winning a Winner Coins-denominated room. However they were obtained, the restrictions in this clause apply.

3.2 Joy Coins

Joy Coins are competition rewards, credited on the basis of a player performance in an eligible skill-based contest and nothing else. No draw, lottery, raffle or comparable mechanism allocates them.

They may be withdrawn only by the verified registered account holder, subject to KYC, fraud prevention, payment verification and compliance procedures, and only to a payment method or account in that player own name where SkillRush permits it.

Joy Coins cannot move between accounts and cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged.

4.Free routes into competition

4.1 Free Participation

SkillRush provides free routes into eligible competition. These include registration at no cost, an allocation of Winner Coins on signup, practice rooms that are permanently free, and recurring free opportunities to obtain Winner Coins such as the daily promotional spin. Subject to the rules of each game and the availability of eligible contests, a player may take part in Winner Coins contests without ever buying Winner Coins.

The intention is that free routes remain no less convenient than paid routes to acquiring Winner Coins, and that they are presented with reasonable prominence.

4.2 Equal Prominence

Free routes are, and will remain, no less convenient and no less prominent than any paid route, consistent with the principles in the Gambling Commission guidance on free draws and prize competitions. They appear in the main navigation and on the homepage, and reaching them takes no more steps than reaching paid entry.

The operator will not dilute, bury or otherwise make these routes materially less convenient. Any product change that would reduce their practical availability or prominence goes to legal review first.

4.3 Equal Treatment

Free-route entrants are not disadvantaged when prizes are allocated. Everyone in a room competes on the same seeded challenge and is ranked on performance, whether their entry came from a purchase or from a free route.

5.Platform access

5.1 Territory

Access is limited to permitted jurisdictions, and users in other countries are blocked at network level. Ensuring your own access and use is lawful where you are remains your responsibility.

5.2 Availability

We may modify, restrict or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability. Accounts in breach of these Terms may be suspended or closed.

6.Funds and payments

6.1 Winner Coins Packages

Packages are bought by card and paid for in advance. They are non-refundable except as our Refund Policy provides. Purchased Winner Coins carry the same restrictions as any other - not withdrawable, not transferable, no monetary value.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals apply only to Joy Coins validly earned in eligible contests and credited to the account. Every request goes through identity verification, payment verification, anti-fraud review, compliance checks and whatever further verification SkillRush reasonably requires. We may refuse or delay a withdrawal where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms, gameplay manipulation, error, duplicate accounts, or a legal or compliance concern.

You may request a withdrawal of your available Joy Coins balance at any time, provided that:

• KYC identity verification is complete before anything is processed
• The withdrawal goes to the verified registered account holder only, never a third party
• The receiving account is in your own name and matches your verified identity
• Additional documentation may be requested as part of AML and compliance review
• Processing may take up to ninety days in exceptional cases

6.3 Closing Your Account

Close your account in good standing and eligible Joy Coins balances may be returned, subject to KYC. Winner Coins balances are not refundable on closure. Where an account is terminated for a policy breach, balances may be forfeited.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An account with no activity for six consecutive months or longer may attract a monthly maintenance fee.

6.5 Tax

Any tax arising from your use of the Platform, including on prizes or withdrawals, is yours to handle.

7.Integrity and fair play

7.1 Server-Side Validation

SkillRush may run server-side score validation, anti-cheat monitoring, replay prevention, timing checks, anomaly detection and related controls. Where we reasonably suspect manipulation, automated play, exploitation, collusion or invalid play, we may void results, suspend access, hold rewards pending review, or take any other step reasonably needed to protect the integrity of competition.

Scores are validated on our servers when a match ends. The controls in place include:

• Server-side validation with cryptographic hash verification; a mismatch forfeits the match automatically
• A maximum score threshold per game; anything above the statistical ceiling is flagged and forfeited
• Time validation, rejecting matches finished impossibly fast
• Nonce reuse prevention, which blocks replay attacks
• Anti-cheat event logging with severity flags

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

Do not use automation, bots, scripts, exploits or any method that confers an artificial advantage or circumvents the skill basis of competition. Breach means immediate forfeit of the match in question, suspension or permanent closure of the account, and forfeiture of associated balances.

7.3 Voided Results

The operator may void or forfeit a result where server-side validation points to manipulation, exploitation or invalid play. Such decisions are final, save where a clear technical error is demonstrated.

8.Marketing and terminology

SkillRush describes rewards, contests and promotions in the language of skill competition: match, room, challenge, score, ranking, reward. Wording that suggests betting, wagering, staking, jackpot mechanics, casino-style play or random money wins forms no part of how the Platform is characterised in law.

Gambling terminology is absent from user-facing content. The words bet, betting, wager, wagering, stake, odds, jackpot, payout, cash out, casino and win money are not used.

The same restriction binds any marketing, promotional material or affiliate content that refers to the Platform. Advertising describing it as a gambling service, or reaching for regulated gambling vocabulary, will not be permitted.

9.Compliance reservation

SkillRush may suspend, amend, restrict or withdraw any contest format, feature, reward structure, territory or promotional mechanic where it reasonably judges that necessary to comply with law, regulatory guidance, payment-provider requirements or risk controls. These Terms may likewise be amended where needed to preserve the skill-based character of the Platform.

Play may be voided and withdrawals withheld where compliance with law or regulatory guidance requires it. Any such step will be taken in good faith, with reasonable notice where that is practicable.

Material changes to product architecture, competition mechanics, currency structure, free-route availability or terminology go to legal review before implementation wherever they could bear on classification under the Gambling Act 2005.

10.Acceptable use

Use the Platform lawfully and with respect for others. Offensive language, harassment, cheating, running multiple accounts and any attempt to manipulate outcomes are all prohibited, and may lead to permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.

11.Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and process your personal data. Registering permits us to display your username and gameplay record publicly and to use that material promotionally. Your personal data will not be sold without your explicit consent.

12.Intellectual property

Content you submit through the Platform is licensed to Legal Entity on a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free basis. In return you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for private use. All Platform content, software and trademarks remain the property of Legal Entity.

13.Warranties and liability

The Platform is supplied without warranty of any kind. So far as the law permits, Legal Entity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the preceding six months.

14.Legal compliance

Ensuring that your use complies with the law of your country, state or municipality is your responsibility alone. The Platform is intended for use only where it is permitted.

15.Disputes

Disputes are governed by the law of English law and fall to the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
