1.Our commitment

Legal Entity operates https://skillrush.online and works to keep it a safe, fair place to play. Gaming should stay entertainment. When it stops being that, it has become something else, and this policy sets out the tools, controls and support available to stop that happening.

2.Who can play

2.1 You must be 18 or older, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher.

2.2 The Platform is closed to residents of jurisdictions where skill-based gaming for prizes is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 An account found to belong to someone underage is closed immediately and any balance forfeited, as our Terms of Service provide.

3.Recognising a problem

Play becomes a problem when it stops being fun. Signs worth paying attention to:

  • Spending more time or money than you can afford
  • Depositing again to win back what you lost
  • Playing to get away from stress, anxiety or low mood
  • Being less than honest with family or friends about how much you play
  • Letting work, study, sleep or relationships slide
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you are not playing
  • Borrowing money or selling things to keep going

If any of that sounds familiar, take a break and use the tools below.

4.Tools available to you

All free, all reachable from your account settings.

4.1 Deposit limits - cap what you can add to your account daily, weekly or monthly.

4.2 Loss limits - cap your net loss over a period you choose.

4.3 Session reminders - get a notification after a set stretch of continuous play, so you can see how long you have been at it.

4.4 Time-out - block your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. You cannot sign in, deposit or play until it lifts.

4.5 Self-exclusion - block your account for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. It cannot be lifted early.

Lowering a limit takes effect at once. Raising one waits 24 hours.

5.Self-exclusion

5.1 Exclude yourself whenever you want, from account settings or by emailing support@skillrush.online.

5.2 While you are excluded we close the account, return any withdrawable balance, stop sending you marketing, and take reasonable steps to stop you opening another account.

5.3 Opening a new account during self-exclusion results in that account being closed and any winnings forfeited.

6.Keeping minors out

6.1 We run age-verification checks and may ask for identity documents at any point.

6.2 If you share a device with a child, parental-control software is worth installing. Net Nanny, Cyber Patrol and GamBlock all do the job, as do the screen-time and parental-control features built into most operating systems.

6.3 Never share your account credentials with anyone, family included.

7.Staying in control

  • Treat it as entertainment, not a way to make money
  • Play only with money you can afford to lose
  • Decide on a time and money budget before you start, then hold to it
  • Take breaks
  • Do not play when upset, exhausted or drinking
  • Keep other things you enjoy in your week

8.Where to get help

Free, confidential support is available around the clock from these independent organisations:

  • BeGambleAware - www.begambleaware.org
  • GamCare - www.gamcare.org.uk - 0808 8020 133
  • Gamblers Anonymous - www.gamblersanonymous.org
  • Gambling Therapy - www.gamblingtherapy.org
  • GAMSTOP, the UK self-exclusion register - www.gamstop.co.uk

9.Staff training

Staff who deal with players are trained regularly on responsible gaming, on spotting problem behaviour and on the right way to handle a player who raises a concern.
