Legal Entity operates https://skillrush.online and the services attached to it. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
For GDPR purposes and under comparable data protection law, Legal Entity is the data controller for everything described here.

1.Age
The Platform is for people aged 18 and over, or the minimum legal age where they live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has given us data, tell us at support@skillrush.online and we will delete it.

2.1 What You Give Us
- Registration details: name, email address, password
- Payment details: billing address and payment method, handled directly by our payment provider. We keep only a transaction token and a partial card reference.
- Identity documents, where fraud prevention or withdrawal verification requires them
- Support correspondence: the messages and attachments you send us
2.2 What We Collect Automatically
- Device and browser information: operating system, browser version, IP address
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, how long a session lasted
- Approximate location, derived from your IP address at country or city level
- Gameplay data: scores, session records and performance statistics, used to enforce fair play
- Cookies and similar technologies, covered fully in our Cookie Policy
3.What we use it for
- Creating and running your account
- Processing transactions and entry fees
- Verifying your identity and preventing fraud
- Delivering the Platform and improving how it performs
- Contacting you about your account, about updates, and about promotions where you have opted in
- Meeting legal and regulatory obligations
4.Who we share it with
- Payment processors, to complete transactions
- Cloud infrastructure and support providers working on our behalf
- Regulators or law enforcement, where the law requires it
- A successor, in the event of a merger or acquisition
We do not sell personal information.
5.Keeping your account secure
Your login credentials are yours to protect. Do not share your password. If you suspect someone else has reached your account, tell us at support@skillrush.online immediately.
6.Data leaving your country
Your data may be transferred to service providers operating outside your country, including in the United States. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved under EU and UK data protection law.
7.How long we keep it
We retain personal data for as long as the purposes in this policy require, or as long as the law demands. Records tied to financial transactions are often held longer, to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.
8.Your rights in the eea and UK
Under the GDPR you may:
- Access a copy of the data we hold on you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements
- Object to certain kinds of processing
- Receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent, where consent is what we relied on
