These rules keep SkillRush fair and enjoyable for every manager. They form part of our Terms of Play.
How results are decided
Matches are played out by our match engine. It works from the same rules for every club: your squad, form, fitness, tactics, substitutions and facilities against those of your opponent, with home advantage and normal match uncertainty. No one can buy a result, and we do not adjust individual results in favour of any club.
What is not allowed
- More than one account. One person may run one account. Accounts used to help each other, for example through one-sided transfers or loans, may be closed.
- Automation. Bots, scripts, macros, browser extensions or any tool that plays, clicks or reads the game for you.
- Exploits. Deliberately using bugs, glitches or errors to gain an advantage. If you find one, report it to [SUPPORT EMAIL].
- Trading outside the game. Buying, selling or trading accounts, clubs, players, items or Tokens, or offering to do so, for money or anything else.
- Account sharing. Letting someone else play your account or playing someone else's.
- Interfering with the service. Attacking, overloading, scraping or reverse engineering SkillRush, or trying to access data or accounts that are not yours.
- Offensive content. Manager names, club names or messages that are abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening, misleading or that impersonate us or another person.
- Payment abuse. Using a payment method you are not authorised to use, or making unjustified chargebacks.
What happens if the rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may give a warning, rename content, reverse transfers or Tokens gained unfairly, reset part of a club, limit features, suspend the account or close it. We act fairly and in proportion, and where it is safe to do so we will explain the reason. Repeated or serious breaches lead to permanent closure.
If you think we got it wrong, reply to the message we sent or email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days and someone who was not involved in the original decision will review it.
Reporting
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We review every report and keep the identity of the person reporting private.
